As I like to say: Cars, computers, and capitalism… Oh my! We sit too much and we move too little - that’s the long and short of most physical discomfort in this country. After all, as a species we went relatively quickly from arriving at our uprightness to cutting ourselves in half at the waist by sitting right down on our butts.
